I was looking to lose some weight get stronger. I started with my diet. A couple of scoops of RX4 into my almond milk in morn..sometimes i got crazy and threw it in blender w a strawberry for color. Overall it reduced my hunger craving and I got through to lunch. Gives good energy and supports my new routine. Adding more strength training in now so will see how this holds up with daily workouts. Since 4 Women can be used as a post workout supplement and a meal replacement you are not limited to how much you can use. Pre workout: icy berry Post workout: pina colada Protein: vanilla Pre workout definitely works. I find that 3/4 scoops works for me as I am usually sensitive. I do feel I sweat more and have added boost during my weight training. Post workout has good flavor. Had frothy layer on top after mixing. The protein tastes very good for protein supplements. The protein DID NOT mix well in coffee just FYI. I used several methods to mix like spoon/shaker cup/ninja blender/whisk. Nothing helped with dissolution of the products.
